- Open depressed skull fracture
- Le Fort I & III
- Nasal fracture
- Mandibular fracture (left)
- Fracture of C-6 vertebra
- Unequal pupils
- Hemotympanum
Anatomically accurate human skull reproduction renders simulator radiopaque for added realism.
